I’m Lydia McClain, founder of Resurrection Breathwork™, and this path was born from my own death-and-rebirth story.
Like so many women, I learned to survive by leaving my body while carrying the weight of addiction, religious indoctrination, sexual repression, and childhood sexual abuse.
On the outside, I looked like I was thriving as a professional opera singer, but inside, I was unraveling. Breathwork was the first practice that cracked me open and led me back to my body, my womb, and the mysteries of somatic healing.

There are 2 Exams held within this portal - a Midterm and a Final Exam.
Graduation commences with an in-person immersion training in Connecticut over the Summer Solstice in 2025.

After the first class, if you decide the program isn’t a fit you can withdraw and request a refund up until the second class on June 23rd. No refunds will be offered after June 23rd.
If you default on a payment plan you’ll be offered a 2-week window to update your payment method. After two weeks access to the program will be revoked and you will be restricted from any programs until the payment plan is completed.

To get the most out of this program, I’d say plan for 2 hours a week outside of Group Workshops & Small Group Coven Time. You get to decide how much you go for it outside of class calls. You’ll have access to recordings to watch again and again.
